Morning Run

I met up with Lily and Amber this morning and ran an easy 7 mile recovery run in 54:34. It was a little hard for me to get going for a few reasons: 1) My legs were a little sore/heavy from yesterday’s workout. 2) I went to bed a little too late and woke up a little to early. 3) A couple of friends came over last night and it was my bright idea to order a pizza at 10 at night… Not the best idea. 🙂 The pizza tasted great (Dominos) but I didn’t feel all that great this morning… I made it through the run though…

  1. I’d say the friend time was worth it but next time, let’s leave the pizza out!! I’m on my way to the gym to get my workout in – 4.5 hours late! Nice job keeping up with your schedule, btw!! You’re amazing!!!
