We Are Back

We finished off our run. I ran 8 1/2 miles total in 1:05:51 and Amber finished off with 9. We went on an adventure run through the neighborhoods, onto the dirt high-line canal road, around the pond, through the park, over the bridge, back to the high school. I was stiff and a little sore, but I eventually loosened up towards the end. Anyone can join us… :).

Amber and her extra 1/2 mile while I was sitting there being lazy. 🙂
