Good old treadmill. I was 4 1/2 min into my run when one of the girls needed help with something so I paused the treadmill. I started back up and ran until I got to 17:34 and I heard the shower turn on. I went and all the girls were getting in the bathtub for a shower bath. So I helped them and then I decided to feed them first before I finished my running. We had scones for Lina’s birthday. 🙂

I told them when they were done to get their shoes on, brush their teeth and then they could go and play. I went back on the treadmill… 5 min later, my 3rd child comes down crying saying my oldest put BUTT Cream on her toothbrush. Nightmare!!! Finally I was able to finish up and got a total of 30 minutes in. Oh how I love running at home!
