Combined: My Run & CC Meet

We had a cross country meet in Midway at the Soldier Hollow course. I love this course. It is hilly, on a trail and it is tough! I ran on the trails back and forth for a total of 1:36.07. I did stop throughout my run to coach and cheer on my runners , but I still feel like I got a good run in.

Our team did well. There were about 20 schools there (maybe a little less) but our guys took 3 overall and our girls took 3 overall. For the most part they ran well and held their spot. Our top girl placed 4th overall. Our top guy placed 14th. Both had tough competition!
