Cross Country Practice
We did a hill workout today. It is “Hazelnut” hill. We started off with a mile warmup, the hill surge repeats (10 of them), then a 2 1/2 mile cool down. The kids legs were shaky and felt like jello afterwards… 🙂
The girls loved practice today (even though it was cold!!! They got to play by the pond… (And with my 3rd’s new bday toys).
