Pack Night – Citizenship

So I had pack night tonight with the scouts and the theme was citizenship. I volunteered to bring the treats. I called a few people for some ideas on what to make to match the theme. My friend Megan Barney found this idea on Pinterest:

And my mother in law made it for me! I called her up to see if she had any cookie cutters and she offered to make it! It looks great! Everyone at pack night loved it. Great job G-goat (Sarah). Pack night was good… The boys had fun!
