I walked my 3rd daughter into class today with a tray of cupcakes (muffins with chocolate chips and frosting), other snacks and drinks today. She is 5 years old today. Her teacher decorated her spot at her table. She loved it!!!
G-goat (grandma) picked her up and took her to lunch and then to the $ store (my daughters choice).
We made scones for dinner (her choice)…
She opened up presents… (This one is from grandma and grandpa Hansen…
Then we had brownies with cake frosting and ice cream with aunt Yolanda, uncle Brent & family, g-goat and Gary, Mike and Amy Fullmer and us…
Ahhhh… Thursday doesn’t really count because I did do an hour of spin. I can’t remember why I didn’t run Friday… Probably laziness; Saturday I had the flu; I don’t run on Sundays… Monday, I did something weird to my bum :), and today I am going to the chiropractor for the 1st time ever to get my bum taken care of… Hopefully! I hope my Ragnar Nevernudes team does not see this but if any of you are reading this… I’m fine and I feel great.

I told my 3rd that she could open 1 present this morning for her birth day. Well, that’s all I had to say and they were all on it. I asked them to wait so I could take some pictures but within 30 seconds they were all trying to open more.
Before we left for school
So I met up with Amber this morning. I took a few steps and felt a sharp pain in my right upper buttocks. I tried to run but could not… I went a whole 50 seconds today… I have no idea what is wrong. I did talk with Hawk (from Runners Corner) today for a while and he gave me great tips on different stretches… I have Ragnar in Las Vegas this weekend so it better be ok!!!
We were on our way up to Woodland Hills to eat at a friends, Michelle and Ingrid’s house…
I am definitely not ready for the snow but it sure was a pretty sight. Anyway… The Fullmers and the Holts were there. Z had her 1st taste of jello…

Yeah…She didn’t like the taste or texture of jello. It was good times, though. She is going to start making some of her favorite things! Can’t wait…
