I am so grateful for my nephew!!! He spent the night last night so I could go do my personal training job for the people I train at the track. I left at 4:50 am to meet up with the people and I was able to run off and on while they were doing their work out. After I put in another 41 minutes at a moderate pace. So I ran a total of 55 min (maybe a little more). I was happy with that this morning because I thought I was going to have to treadmill it! I felt good today. The other 3 that came this morning did great this morning. They hit their marks right on. It was a good morning!

My Sunday morning was a little crazy (but I guess normal). 2 girls spilled their milks on the floor within 5 minutes of each other, the 2 older ones had the dog that we are watching (Scout) half way in the tub with them (good thing I stopped it before she fully got in), my youngest and Scout collided with each other (that is the picture above) – she has a big black eye, and they were so hyper at church… After we got home it wasn’t to different! A few friends stopped by for different reasons… But trying to man the kids without Corom at church is quit the chore. Thank goodness for wonderful people in our ward!!! Oh and this is Scout…

Our team left for Logan yesterday for a cross country meet that was held today. The top picture is us with the another team in Ogden. We met up with them yesterday at their school and did a workout with them. It was great and we all had a lot of fun getting to know them. After we went to the other coaches parents house, ate dinner and goofed around.

This morning we got up early and finished the drive up to Logan. I raced in the coaches 5k race (it was the 1st race). I didn’t have time to warm up and I felt it. It was a tough course but a lot of fun! After my race all the kids raced. We had some do really well, some that did OK and some not their best race. 🙂

Our top 2 varsity girls were unable to race, but the girls still placed 3rd. We were happy with that! The boys varsity took 1st with the 2nd place team only 3 points away. It was fun to watch.

We left and stopped off at Chick-fil-A for lunch… That was a first for me and I have no complaints!!! The chicken sandwich… Mmmmmm, yummy…

We celebrated our 2nd daughter’s 6th birthday the past few days. She went out to lunch with G-goat (my mother-in-law), we had a family party with her the other night, she had a fun time at the kindergarten party, grandma and grandpa sent her a present and she will have a little friends party on Monday. It has been fun for her!
