Practice at the Park
The high school kids went on a 2 mile warm up and ended up at the pond/park. We had them do a speed today even though they raced yesterday. It wasn’t too bad and it helped loosen up their legs from the downhill race. My girls loved it… They got to play at the park for the workout (you can see a few of the runners in the background). After their speed, they ran a 2 mile cool down back to the school.
