Cross Country Practice
A lot of the high school kids have been asking us for the past few weeks if and when they can run bleachers… I don’t know why they like them but for some reason they do. So their workout today had to do with bleachers. It is a tough work out (so I don’t think they will be asking for that again). You run 20 min straight with 1 lap hard and the 2nd lap you add the bleachers and then you repeat that for 20 min. They took a 5 min break and then went for another 20 min. (They did a warm up and cool down.) Fun stuff!!!
