Run With The Ladies…

Amber, Beth and I started our run at 5:30. On our run we met up with Trisha. The 4 of us turned around and ran back to pick/meet up with Mac and Aubrey. We all ran different mileage today. I got about 7.1/7.2 in at 58:10.52. It was a great run. I am so grateful that I had these ladies to run with. I was struggling when my alarm clock went off. If I didn’t have anyone to meet up with, it would have been one of those mornings I would have slept in and missed my opportunity to run! Today was also a morning that I saw many groups out. It was fun running into many groups. Good run and good times… I did come home and do my core workout and a few pushups. 🙂
