It has been one of those nights and school has just begun! Corom and our 3rd daughter went on their daddy daughter date (she had a lot of fun).

They went to the $ store and picked out a bow and arrow and a toy knife. They came home and the fighting started…

They all wanted to play with the new toys, but it didn’t end there… I told the girls they had to clean, get ready for bed and for my oldest to finish up her homework. I think I had all 4 crying at the same time. A little while later when things finally settled down, I sat with the girls to read to them for their “20 min” of reading time. I then told my oldest she had to read me a book…

I think this picture explains how that went. I asked her how she truly felt about reading. That didn’t help any! I then asked her why she was even crying… She answered back, “I don’t know, but I can’t stop.” I guess this is just the beginning! On a good note… It is 7:30 and the kids are sleeping… 🙂
I met up with the people I train (at 5 am) and gave them their speed work out today (the 1200 repeats). They did well. They actually help motivate me by watching how hard they work. They hit their time right on every 1200 and on the last one they were faster than the first 5. It was great (well for me it was beacuase I was not the one running them). 🙂 Then I met up with Rachelle and Amber and ran a little over 8 miles with them in 1:00.33. I went a little longer and a little faster than what I had planned. They went out a couple of miles before me and I ran out to meet up with them, but we were not on the same road. It took me a couple of miles to finally meet up with them and then we ran a 6.8 mile loop. It worked out, though. I felt pretty good.
